Well, neither really! We are a B&B with 2 guest bedrooms in our home which can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
Cluny View is located in a quiet cul de sac on the south side of Forres, we are approx 1/2 a mile or 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

Sorry no, but both our guest rooms have a TV with freeview digital channels & a DVD player.
Cluny View welcomes families with children 10 years old or over. Our sincere apologies to the parents of the many delightful small children we know are out there who are looking for accommodation, but its a fine balancing act trying to keep everybody happy especially when we are only a small B&B. For any families looking for accommodation we do have the option of self catering in nearby Burghead, where we may be able to offer short breaks.
Sorry no, we are unable to accept any pets. Any guests with allergies might like to know that we do have a cat of our own who you may encounter in the hallway but he is not allowed access to the guest accommodation. For anybody with a dog looking for accommodation we do have the option of self catering in Burghead where we may be able to offer short breaks.
Please bear in mind that this is only a B&B and not a hotel, and as such we don't have staff to man the house at all times if we have to go out. We usually ask that guests arrive after 4.30pm, although if this going to be hugely inconvenient please let us know and we will try and jiggle any plans we have. By the same token if you could possibly give us an approximate arrival time then we can make sure we are ready for your arrival.
We are pretty easy going here at Cluny View, but during the week we would prefer it if guests were out between 11am and 3pm. Its nice for us to have time to spruce things up, go out on various missions and generally have a few hours to ourselves. At weekends we can be more flexible but if you would like your room serviced we will need access before 11am. That said there is so much to see and do in the Moray area we're sure you won't want to stay in your room all day!
We ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10am on the day of departure, this gives us plenty of time to make up the rooms before our next guests arrive.
