    Cancellation policy

    If you require to cancel your booking for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as possible.  If we are unable to re-let your room , as you entered into a contract at the time of booking the following charges will apply.

    • Within 48 hours prior to arrival -the value of the first nights accommodation booked.
    • In the event of failure to notify us of a cancellation ie a "no show" - 100% of the full value of the booking.

    We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you for any charges incurred as a result of cancellation.
